What Rehan is
Rehan is a set of three apartment buildings, REHAN 1, REHAN 2 and REHAN 3, built by Arada in Aljada, the master community in Muwaileh, Sharjah. It was among the first parts of Aljada to be finished. Arada reported the three buildings complete in January 2021, in the same release that announced the first Areej handovers.
Arada’s page describes Rehan as homes for couples and families, and lists every phase as sold out. That means there is no developer stock and no payment plan: if you search for “Aljada Rehan apartments”, you are looking at resales and rentals.
Where it sits and what is nearby
Rehan is near Madar, the Zaha Hadid-designed family district that the Ruler of Sharjah opened on 27 February 2020. Madar holds the play park, the skate park and a cluster of cafés. It is free to enter, but Arada publishes no opening hours, so check each venue before you go.
East Boulevard, open since June 2022, is Aljada’s main retail and dining strip, with Spinneys as its anchor supermarket. Areej, also beside Madar, has the Manbat produce store at Areej 6 and Arada’s customer care and residential leasing office at Areej 5.
Parking changed on 15 July 2026. Parkin now runs ticketless paid parking across Aljada: AED 6.30 an hour on-street on East Boulevard, 24 hours a day, and AED 4.20 an hour in off-street lots from 8am to midnight. Residents keep the bays allocated in their SPA or title deed and manage subscriptions through Parkin.
Homes and layouts
Arada lists three home types in Rehan: studios, 1 BR and 2 BR apartments. There are no 3 BR units, whatever older listings say. Arada has not published a total unit count or floor areas for the three buildings, and we have not found either in a source we trust. If you are comparing units, ask the owner or agent for the title deed area rather than an advertised figure.
Prices and rents
Arada publishes no Rehan prices, and we could not verify any launch price. For a sense of the resale market, Bayut’s Aljada-wide sale index for August 2026 gives about AED 1,336 per sq ft for studios, AED 1,145 for 1 BR and AED 1,147 for 2 BR. These are community averages based on asking prices, not Rehan figures.
Rent is where Rehan stands out. Bayut’s rent index shows Rehan Apartments asking rents up 11.2% year on year to August 2026, while Aljada as a whole slipped 1.13% over the same period. Aljada-wide, Bayut puts studio rents at about AED 89 per sq ft a year, 1 BR at AED 58 and 2 BR at AED 61.
Who it suits
Rehan suits couples and small families who want a finished building close to Madar and would rather not wait on an off-plan handover date. Anyone who needs three bedrooms should look at Nasaq or Misk instead. Buyers who want the smallest entry point may also compare the studio-led East Village blocks.
