What we collect
We only collect what you send us:
- your name and mobile number when you register interest or send an enquiry;
- your email address if you ask us for launch and handover alerts;
- what you send us through a form or by email: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your question. Forms on this site send your message to our inbox at info@aljadasharjah.ae through Cloudflare, which hosts the site; we do not keep a copy on the website itself.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and help with the request you made.
- To send launch and handover alerts, only if you signed up for them. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.
- To keep a record of our conversation with you.
We never sell your information. We share it with a third party (for example the owner of a home you asked about) only when that’s needed to handle a request you made.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies itself. Some pages, such as the restaurants guide, show posts from Instagram; when those posts load, Instagram (Meta) may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. If we add analytics in future, we’ll update this page first.
Security and retention
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures and keep it only as long as needed for your request or your alerts.
