What this site is
Aljada is big and changes every month: new phases launch, handover dates move, parking rules change. Official pages sell, portals list, and many other sites repeat old facts. We started this guide to give one place where the basic questions get a current, checked answer: what’s open, what things cost, when a building is handed over, and how to get around.
Aljada covers 24 million sq ft, with 25,000 homes planned and more than 9,000 delivered by April 2026, according to Arada. The Aljada community guide covers the whole masterplan, and each residential project has its own page.
How we check what we publish
- Every figure on a page is dated and linked to its source, listed at the bottom of the page.
- Prices carry a label saying who published them: the developer’s launch price, a portal listing, or a resale asking price.
- Anything not open yet is marked as targeted, with the developer’s date and a note when earlier dates slipped.
- When sources disagree, for example on opening hours, we say so instead of picking one.
- Architects’ renders are always marked as renders.
If you spot a mistake, tell us and we’ll correct it and log the change.
